An application was developed to call customers to remind them of scheduled appointments. Working closely with the client's IT department, a fully automated system was devised that allows the client to upload a daily file to IVR Concepts. This file is then processed automatically into the high capacity outbound system. The file includes the date and time of service, which is merged into the outbound announcement. Within moments of the file being delivered, calls are being made.
A customized web reporting site was developed to keep the client's local branches thoughout the country informed on the status of each customer's call, as well as providing regional and district consolidated reports. |
